Dear attendees, we would like to bring to your attention that the Concorde Hotel becomes Hyatt Hotel from April 24th. Only the brand is changing, all attendees with a reservation at the Concorde will keep the same conditions of stay they have on their voucher at the Hyatt hotel.

Room rates are per night, including breakfast, VAT & tourist tax.
Room rates are valid for the stay during April 25th to May 4th, 2013.
The booking website will be available until April 19th, 2013.
Bookings are made according to a first-come first-served basis.
Hotels rooms may be sold out before the deadline.

Housing bureau fees

A housing fee of 23.92€ will be added to each booking to cover administrative and banking costs.

Means of payments

Payments must be made in Euros. Only credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) and bank transfers payments are available.

Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment.
Currency exchange rates or banking fees are the sole responsibility of the attendee.

Credit card payments:

Some CHI attendees have experienced difficulties completing a transaction in Euros due to fraud restrictions on their credit card. US attendees may wish to contact their credit card company prior to booking their reservation, to advise that they will be making a transaction in a foreign currency.

Confirmation

Your booking will be completed upon receipt of your on-line accommodation application and full payment of the deposit requested.
Once completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, including a link to download your booking confirmation document, which you should print and present at the selected hotel upon arrival.

Deposit required

Reservation of 1 or 2 nights > 1 night deposit (all hotels)
Reservation of 3 nights > 2 nights deposit (all hotels)
Reservation of 4 nights or more > 3 nights deposit for Novotel and Ibis Paris La Défense hotels

Cancellation / Policy and Modification Process

  • Any reduction of stay, total cancellation fee when notice is given:

     

    Hotel Le Méridien Etoile & Concorde Lafayette:

    From the booking to March 24th, 100% of the deposit + 23.92 € fees will be charged,

    From March 24th, 2013: 100% of the total cost of the stay + 23.92 € fees will be charged

     

    Hotel Novotel & Ibis La Défense Centre:

    From the booking to March 24th, 2013: 23.92 € fees will be charged,

    From March 25th to April 15th, 2013: 100% of the deposit + 23.92 € fees will be charged,

    From April 16th, 2013: 100% of the total cost of the stay + 23.92 € fees will be charged

     

  • Dakini shall make the corresponding refund within 7 day from the next day of cancellation.
